Evidence-based
Ratings are anchored to observable artefacts, decisions, systems and behaviours.
The standard · Publication 01
AIMM combines five capability dimensions with five progressive maturity levels. The intersection creates 25 evidence positions that make organisational strengths, gaps and dependencies visible.
A maturity score is only useful when people can understand what produced it. AIMM therefore retains the evidence behind every judgement and presents capability as a profile rather than a single average.
Ratings are anchored to observable artefacts, decisions, systems and behaviours.
Uneven maturity remains visible rather than being concealed by an enterprise average.
Each level establishes foundations required by the next; advancement is earned, not declared.
The model evaluates organisational capability, not ownership of particular tools or platforms.
